I truly enjoyed our 4 days at this hotel. The venue is luxurious, with such caring staff in the club. The rooms are well-appointed and nicely furnished. The buffet breakfast offers a variety of dishes. The venue is located in a beachfront position in a quiet part of town. The wine bar offers cool drinks.

Its rooms are well-equipped and nicely furnished for a really good stay for a relaxating quiet family vacation. The location is nice and perfect and the staff is very supportive. It is set in a magnificent area.

Loved this family-friendly hotel, beautiful location and soundproof rooms. The staff I met were so caring and attentive. In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room with fine bedding and iron and fruits and that was great. Everything was simply modern.

Exceptional accommodation, the breakfast was enjoyable, magnificent location from the Krabi airport right on the quiet coast. The hotel room was well-equipped and nicely furnished, had so much space, coffee, and big TVs. It had particularly nice views to the ocean and pool and a nice decor. Location: the property was just off putt “ golf course ” which is played often as a six ball, a well stocked 7/11 supermarket and numerous very good restaurants, and the onsite bar / restaurants...

I recently stayed at the stunning Sofitel in Krabi for a week-long golf getaway. The check-in process was personalized and comfortable, with the staff providing valuable information about the resort. The highlight was Southeast Asia's largest swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxation and cooling off. The attentive and friendly staff made special efforts to accommodate our baby, and the quality of the food exceeded our expectations. Our spacious room was impeccably maintained by the efficient housekeeping team. The resort's beautiful decor, family-friendly environment, and abundance of activities made our stay truly memorable. We can't wait to return!

The pool is huge and beautiful as is the actual hotel and everything is very well maintained and looked after.

The hotel is situated about 30 minutes away from Au nang and the hotel shuttle service does not run at sufficient times seeing that there is nothing much to do should it be raining I.E. no golf or swimming so....................Also they should at least offer a free service to places such as airport or ferry or bus etc. even if taxi's are available - it would just be a nice gesture.

Great hotel with excellent hotek staff. Planty of hotel activities. Beautiful pool. Cheap excursion on Hong island organized by hotel.

In my room rate breakfast was not included and I have to say it is to expensive even for Sofitel and especially for Thailand - 15EUR/per person. Hotel is a bit far from Ao Nang and night life but it depends what are you looking for holiday.

The location is great, just next to the Hill Top restaurant; the gourmet food at the nearby restaurant is delicious, and the room size is ideal with a lovely balcony and a living room for a fantastic stay.

when i am in klong muang beach, i like staying here. the hotel is overall clean and big with highly professional staff and a clean pool. the venue has a remote location among lush tropical gardens. furthermore, it's close to the best beach in the world and for a special meal and whole thailand. the hotel offers a buffet breakfast in the restaurant.

Double superior, tastefully decorated room available with hairdryer and perhaps Thailand's best beds, for instance. Incredible and top breakfast with croissants, granola, muesli, and hot waffles available. Stunning location just off Phuket & Krabi, the Hill Top restaurant, and Phuket airport, awesome food.

Well-equipped room with tea and evening cocktails, as for instance, refreshing drinks in the on-site bar.

This was my VERY VERY GOOD stay for our next visit here. The location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, so close to a quiet beach with lots of nice restaurants, and the Hong island and easily accessible. There was a gourmet restaurant nearby.

The location was not so good, it's a pitty.

My stay at Sofitel was absolutely incredible. The family room was spacious and well-designed, especially with the bunk bed setup. The large pool was a major plus, offering a great place to relax and cool off. The housekeeping staff were attentive and made sure all our needs were met. The pool bar staff were also fantastic and always provided excellent service. I had a wonderful experience with the facilities and the staff at Sofitel.

Everything was great - spacious and clean rooms, great service and polite staff, location, even the quests were very polite and the whole stay was very pleasant.
